Transactions: We accept master card, visa, and cash. Sorry we do not accept personal cheques or first born.
Deposits: For our convenience and yours there is a 50% deposit charged to your visa or master card upon booking.
Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable with 20 days cancellation notice. 50% refund between 5 to 20 days. No refund will be given within 5 days of arrival date.
Breakfast: Breakfast is 8:00am to 9:30am in the main dinning room, if privacy is desired you may take trays to your room.
Company: Please check with innkeepers before inviting
unregistered guests as we have occupancy regulations.
Air Beds:
Air Beds are available for our younger guests for an additional
fee of $25 (If we are not booked for full capacity).
Guest: Our B&B is a mature family oriented accommodation.
Fire Pit: Please check with innkeepers before entertaining a fire as we have restrictions and seasonal bans.
Fridge & Microwave: There is a common area on the lower level with
fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee pot for guest use.
Common Areas: For your enjoyment there is a lower level TV room and a middle floor common room.
Smoking: Outside areas only, please use caution as we are in an area that is highly concerned with forest fires.
Pets: Please no more pets we have enough.
Come & Go: Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am.
Children:
$25 per night for each additional guest under 12 years of
age. Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under
12.
